Thoughtful Harvest Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Sauce Taste Test Tuesday – Episode 182

By Patrick

Chef Keith Snow is on a roll with his cookbook, cooking videos and now his sauce line. I know Chef Keith through the great Internet and really respect his whole philosophy of using whole, natural and local foods. This video puts his Thoughtful Harvest Fire Roasted Red Pepper Sauce to the test.  Please check out his websites www.harvesteating.com for cooking videos and www.thoughtfulharvest.com to purchase his all natural all American products.

Also right now through the end of September they are doing a half price shipping on the sauces at www.thoughtfulharvest.com not to mention a taste guarantee! Check out the Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/thoughtfulharvest

Here is a video from Chef Keith Snow’s guest spot on Gary Vaynerchuks WineLibrary TV

Click Here for the post and video where I mention Chef Keith Snow in the past and see his amazing oven!

Good to see Mrs Kahuna make an appearance along with the little one. Or I guess he’s the big one now.nWill that sauce go with sausage?

PatricknnWow, a jar sauce? Seems so out of left field but as a quick alternative it is one to store in the memory bank. Gary has not latched on to me yet despite my new found fame of an entire blog real estate that was all about me. Frightening as it was. nnThanks for the great review with all the flavors coming through as the beauty of homemade is that and was unsure if that could be replicated in a jar. nnPS – it has to be a NJ thing where we as parents tell our kids that they will be shipped off at 18.

Chef Keith Snow does some great recipes and teaches technique along the way. He has slacked off video’s mostly this year, but still rolling out great ideas. I’ll have to seek out his sauces, didn’t know he went retail. cool. like to see youtube hero’s make it into the black. smile.

Yeah the sauce would go good with sweet sausage as it really does have a nice pepper kick to it- Yes good to get the extra Kahunas on camera- Thanks for checking it out- I am redoing all these comments as they did not seem to take when I first did them-sorry about that

LOL – hey you are right I think it is a NJ thing- Chef Keith is a great guy and really cares about the products he puts out- Sauce is so subjective for many but this alone stands on its ingredient list. Truly the key to the product- Only change I would make is using Italian Romano instead of Wisconsin but hey thats just the Italian side of me. I will give that Gary V a kick in his pants when I see him. That really was a great article by Chris. Hey sorry my comments never posted- I am apologizing to everyone today lol seems none of my comment replies posted for the last three weeks- they show up in the admin- oh well I know you can get a kick out of that-

Yeah I agree with you about Chef Keith- Really a good guy and I hope he can keep pushing to get his message through. Seems he is branching off with many projects right now so lets hope they work so he can get back to making videos- Even for myself on a much smaller level than Chef Keith there are times you just get going then thick damn I should have taped that-Well for me it isn’t so bad because I just use a normal HD home video camera and I am sort of known for bad video quality- but for Chef Keith he does a pro setup with a crew so I am sure it is more difficult to co-ordinate.

Thanks for watching and again sorry for the delay in response

wisconsin romano- oh no, no no. I know they are cheese but not so much when it comes to romano, sorry but nah. Oh wait, you are italian? lil chuckle for us old folks. nnIt is so a NJ thing as when you turn 18 the door opens and shuts behind ya with no keys on your key ring. Ha ha. nnI think Gary will be here this week for blogworld. If I see him , of course I will gush about you and tell funny stories of yesteryear. nnYeah comments not posting – it happens and we all forgive. nnYou will get a kick out of my boy who wants to come and visit you in NJ and cook with you. He wants to make 20 dishes and is practicing his cutting/prep chef work so he can be on the computer tv with you. Then he wants to have littlest kahuna and your wife eat them so that you and lil kahuna, him and you can go and play some “man” football.

  • KAHUNA

That is great, I look forward to see him in action he might be disappointed by the camera crew-LOL Have fun at blogworld one of these days I will make it to a blogworld or SxSW-
