Avacado Dressing – Episode 180

Here is a quick and easy dressing that is great on salads but also can be used to top grilled meats and fish. You can replace the olive oil with sour cream or mayonaise or a combo of both if you like- This was the topping used on our salad, stuffed pepper and rice in Episode 179

    Thanks Michelle- It is funny I try to stay still then I watch the episode and I am all over the place- Yeah the Avacado dressing is good- funny thing is that I do not care for Avacado just sliced up usually on its own and my wifes loves it that way- Dont get me wrong I will eat it of course but prefer it as a base for dressing or guacamole- If you got this reply twice let me know- I responded back when it was posted but none of my comments seemed to post to the blog-
