Wild Boar (Cinghiale) Prosciutto & Sardegna Cheese (Sardinia) – Taste Test Tuesday – Episode 145
ByThis is a fun Taste Test Tuesday cause well it has 2 things I love Prosciutto and Cheese! Also this was a bit of a fun learning episode also as doing some research for this was a lot of fun. I learned a lot about Sardinia and the history of a cheese that is a family favorite Pecorino Romano. Check back to this post again as I plan on adding some more fun facts to it.

Thanks for the post. I've never had wild boar prosciutto, is it D.O.P.? Not sure if you've done a show on Culatello Prosciutto, but Mama Mia! Also, Sardenia is pronounced sar-Den-ya.
Ciao!

Pat,
It's spelled Cinghiale for future reference. One of Buzz's favorite meal's! I buy him a wil;d boar dried sausage at the cheese shop in town, it's really good. I'll have to get you one to try.
Love,
Your sister
