Butter!!! Lescure (France), Lurpak (Denmark), & KerryGold (Ireland) Taste Test Tuesday – Episode 137

Three imports show off their flavor on this episode as we bring you a few of the world’s best butters. Sure their are small production butters that can top these three but with the three above their is a shot you can find them. I got all three of these at Fairway but I know a few are available at Gourmetlibrary.com also who will gladly ship to you. So no excuse get some good butter!

It is my unbiased oppinion that Kerrygold is the better of the butters. It has a stronger taste because Irish grass grows for ten months of the year. The soil is limestone based so the calcium in the grass is higher. Our cows are happier because we sing to them and give them time to meditate before we milk them. As for the smokey taste….the cows do not smoke that type of grass. Good show Bozo!
