








So as the long title mentions this is part 1 of a 2 or 3 part series on butchering a beef tenderloin- well I do more talking about Gary Vaynerchuk of Wine Library TV on Jimmy Fallon and iJustine than actual butchering but I had a lot to cover plus I was all out of sorts on about 3 hours sleep and a fair amount libations the night before. Oh well enjoy as I try to relay a few nuggets of useful information about domestic beef tenderloin and Australian beef tenderloin and a Twisted Oak 2005 Petite Sirah.
